				Terms and Conditions
		Billing: Rides are billed to client’s credit card or corporate account numbers. For your convenience Capital Image accepts the following cards: Visa Master Card American Express Discover Card Check and Cash payments are accepted when arranged with office. A $ 50.00 SERVICE FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURNED CHECKS (COLLECTION AND COURT COSTS ADDITIONAL). Additional charges will be itemized on the invoice statement when applicable:            Two-way tolls            Parking            Airport and Regulatory fees Cancellation and No Show Fees: CANCELLATIONS OF CONTRACTS SHOULD BE REQUESTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WILL BE HANDLED AT THE COMPANY'S DISCRETION. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS APPROVED BY OWNER BECAUSE OF SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES. If a refund is approved, it will be based on the following schedule:                              More than        45 days                 100%                                       30-44 days                   90%                                       15-29 days                   50%                             Less than 15 days                    0% Cancellation of sedans within two hours will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the trip. A "no show" fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. Hourly Rates: Hourly rates are calculated from the time set for pick up until the final drop-off. Hourly trips are billed at a: Two-hour minimum for sedans Three-hour minimum for larger vehicles Additional time beyond the contracted hours will be billed at the regular hourly rate. Travel time may apply if pick-up or drop locations are out the local Washington Metro area. Wait Time (point-to-point transfers): A thirty 30 minute grace period is allowed following the reported domestic flight arrival time. A forty-five (45) minute grace period is allowed following the reported international flight arrival time. A fifthteen (15) minute grace period is granted for all other pick-ups. There after waiting on point-to point transfer will be calculated at the regular per hour rate. Stops en route are charged at $10 or more per stop. Holidays: A 15% U.S. Holiday surcharge, based on the fare, stop and waiting time, will be charged to all trips occurring on:                         New Year's Day                         Christmas Day                         Fourth of July                        Thanksgiving Day   Additional Conditions: Capital Image will not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns. Capital Image assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, or for any items left in the vehicle. Any action caused by a client or their party that leads damage to our vehicles can result in extra charges. All rates are subject to change without notice.
